    Costs associated with goods being exported from the U.S., such as duties, taxes and other fees, will be incurred by the customer.

    U.S. SHIPPING COSTS

    All domestic orders will be shipped INSURED UPS unless otherwise specified. All claims (damage or shortage) must be reported within five working days after receipt of merchandise. Our responsibility for merchandise shipped via common carrier ceases upon delivering the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. You must file a claim with the delivery carrier. We would, however, assist you in supplying any information necessary for submission of your claim.

    8.75% sales tax will be automatically applied to all California orders.

  • RETURNS & REPAIR POLICY:

    Shop.GiaciniAtelier.com does not offer refunds. Instead, we offer credit that can be applied towards the purchase of any items on our website. There are no refunds or exchanges on special orders which include lengthened pieces and requested design changes. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipment and/or call tag UPS charges for any returned merchandise.

    If you are not completely satisfied simply return item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase.

    Worn/used item(s) can NOT be returned or exchanged.

    The item(s) must be returned with the original tags bearing the brand. Please contact us at sales@giaciniatelier.com and we will issue you a Return Ticket number with instructions and send you a Return Form to be completed and included with the merchandise being returned. "P" It is your responsibility to pay for shipping unwanted item(s) back to us. "p" Please note Shop.GiaciniAtelier.com assumes no responsibility for any item(s) lost or damaged during transit. We can not issue any refunds or exchanges on item(s) damaged or for item(s) we have not received.

    We recommend ... You get a tracking number and/or insurance for your return. You use the original shipping box you received or another sturdy cardboard box to package the item(s) in. Consider using protective packing material (bubble wrap, popcorn, etc.) to prevent damages to the original box and/or the item(s) contained therein. Damage occurring as a result of improper packing of item(s) will result in a void of the refund/exchange.
